Tasting Notes

Nose: rich oak is complemented by maple syrup, vanilla and citrus notes.

Palate: incredibly smooth as oak and vanilla continue on arrival, followed by a burst of spice and black pepper on the back palate with an underlying butterscotch sweetness.

Finish: medium in length as a lemon zest note develops while the pepper spice transforms into a beautifully dry and crisp finish.
